It's been like this since day 1 of PA Fragments being available. It's a description mixup, just like how all the 6-star Kubara Sabers have the wrong descriptions.

Well hmm it may be the driving force behind the phenomenon of certain vahra packs assaulting single member of a party, totally ignoring anyone else in their path. They tend to go for my pm, and assuming that she never spent any of the frags she recieved for all those s rank runs then I'd say shes a prime target.

They dont always gang up on the person with the most frags though, so I speculate that its some kind of "rare AI program" that triggers randomly like a rare spawn would.

And if its not that then perhaps its some kind of " kill this character first becaue its a Force" program. I assume the npcs, (Pm's Story charcters and mobs alike) are all on the same wavelength whenever they ecounter each other, and may even have special AI set up specifically for those interactions. Why else would Gh 454 Specifically say "I'll take the Deljaban!" insead some kind of generic " Oh! they sure look strong!" phrase or whatever?

You used to be able to set them in your consumables palette, I never used one way back when I noticed you could do that and last time I checked it wasn't possible to use the item any more... too bad, now that I've got more than I know what to do with.

No, but you can store them in your common box in your room for other characters.

Nah, like panzer said, they used to be consumables, but I never used them.
