View Full Version : AotI-XBox 360: Membership Canceled?

So i got a messege from xboxlive today saying psu was canceled, i tried logging in psu and it indeed was canceled and asked me to purchase a guardians license. So i went to account management and it said it was still paying for psu, so then i tried purchasing another guardians license and it gave me an error. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think you should call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. It's probably the only thing you can do, since I don't think that ST handles 360 accounts.

I just switched changed the payment method, and it somehow worked.

My cousin had this same problem awhile
(he doesnt play anymore)

It was a bad credit card......that or there wasnt any money in the card if it was debit...
It said the same thing to me ( i use a debit card) i looked and realize there wasnt anything in the card.... XD so i had to reload it again

It's a glitch in the system.
On Microsoft Billing site if payment can't be taken from the card (AKA Out of cash) then the site suspends the account and the only way to rectify it is to put money on the card, goto edit details, just hit save, and the account automatically charges the card and enables PSU again.

If it is your Xbox that is telling you the account has been suspended or canceled, either do the same again as with above, or change your settings to another card to rectify the problem.
