Some would say Valley of Carnage C because it is only 2 blocks. But I prefer Unsafe Passage C since it is lv1 enemies in a pretty linear setting.

If you have Omega Acids you can trade them fot PM Fighroll at the Collector trade mission on Parum, other than that the best method (ie. cheapest) of getting a pure Striking PM is to feed it consumable itmes like Monomates or Dimates until the TECH level almost hits one, and then feeding it 3* (or any striking weapon you can find for cheap)striking weapons to bring TECH back to zero.

Omega Acids for PM Techroll, or (cheap) buy TECH discs, specifically diga, foie, barta, or zonde, or (faster but more expensive) buy debuff TECH discs.

For my Strike PM I bought a bunch of 3 Star strike weapons and made just about 100 of them per feeding for 12 levels so 24 levels a day(you can also throw in some Moon Atomizers just watch the tech)

Look up some PM leveling guides. There should be a few here. It will vary depending on what type of PM you want to raise.

For raising it really fast, I'd do the trade mission in Parum West and get those groll items.
