The database is uncomfermed as far as I know. I believe there was a thread about this beofre. Supposidly 100+ rappies drop it on JP, and we were gonna get them in the near future. Try Lightning Beasts or Scarred Planet.

Holy crap your right, it does exist!!! This means...one is able to have all S rank units (provided the armor does not have extra slot.) Wow....but 19mill, dam it all. I could buy it, but i'd hate to see it become cheaper in the future due to "special events" and waste meseta like i did by paying 25mill for the dad asted.

Apparently i asked the guy who had it in shop, he said it dropped from Forest of Illusion...

I've seen a picture of it dropping from a Raffon Meadow mission (in japanese). Of course, that could have been photoshopped.

There was some discussion that this unit could be found off level 100+ Rappy. Unfortunately, there was no way this theory could be tested during the Valentine's Day event.

If anyone does get this drop, post here. Also, a screenshot would be helpful.

Unfortunately I am on the 360, though one of my buddies had one and said that he had gotten it from FoI on S. I'm not sure if he is selling it; he put it up for sale then put it on to go do some Bruce's. It is possible that either the given information was wrong or SoA made a "boo-boo".

I think they dont, or there would of been Cati / Bullet PP saves dropping from Jaggos, so i think we got it this update. (360)

Ummm, there are more and more popping up. Its is pretty rare but not super rare that it could even be a hack.

How do you know this? (other than the fact you took the time to calculate PA consumption percentage by using a cati pp skill save on your own character)

The JPN psu wiki was stats for these, 70% pp usage for the weapon type and 250% pp usage for the other type of non-force weapon.
