TECHNIC disks. Diga is good since it's cheap, but it's slow. Buffs and debuffs add a lot more to your PM's level, but those disks are somewhat pricey. If you have a ton of Omega Acids that you don't know what to do with, take them to The Collector in Holtes City and exchange them for PM Techgrolls. Each one will give +40 TECH to your partner machine.
