Cool. I got to level a few times, due to going through TTF on hard.

Crazy, I leveled twice, just after one boss and a few rooms after that.

And no, the winner is me. David and I used our GC mains in battle mode once. I told him "Only common weapons, but the choice of weapon is yours." He chose a Gladius. I chose a Gungnir. The battle went on for a while, but eventually I won. I killed him more than he did me. He, however, jokingly claims I cheated by choosing a weapon with reach.
