View Full Version : Challenge: Love... and fat

I love america yet I've gotten fat from all the pizza, choco tacos, and ice cream sandwiches over the past few months.

So I've decided to go on the subway diet. Why? Because I love this country so much.

Do you love your country too? Maybe you should go have a 6" meatball hoagie. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Okay secret time. You ready?
I play PSU using a DDR pad. I get all hot and a little sweaty, but it does its job. I think if you had to stomp to shoot your crossbow at polties, you'd understand too.

As for love... I'm german, so I hold hands with friends or pretty much anyone. People here don't like that kind of thing and will apply hand sanitizer. So, I lock arms. Beat that. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

The best food is one you make by yourself or by a family relative.

home-made pizza certainly beats the snot out of Pizza Hut's or Domino's large grease trap with thick bread.

Know my secret to staying thin? ;o I was born that way!

Anyway, I love being an American, too. I always say stuff like I'd like to move to Europe or somethin', but when it comes down to it, this is the only country I could call home.

I'd rather get fat and die. Those last few years you gain from being healthy will be spent soiling yourself anyway.

The secret to the subway diet is jogging to and from subway to eat. Jared told me so.

I'm on the Quizno's diet, I eat toasty subs filled with ranch and bacon so I can't help but lose weight from purging so much food. (Yes, I understand that bulimia nervosa is a serious health issue that many people have worldwide, and I should not be making light of it, but I can't help it.)

You're like my best friend from high school, he would eat like 5 times more than me, the worst junk you could eat, and sit on his ass all day long not doing a thing, yet he would never gain a pound. How I hate him... When I see him in 7 years I'm going to punch him (given he actually shows up).

So, I can show my patriotism by shoving a 6 inch sandwich down my gullet? Well, by that logic being patriotic is about as easy as nailing Paris Hilton (Provided you have a camera on your person)Heh. Anyways, you can play PSU with a DDR pad? Hot damn! never heard of that, although I think It'd be a bit tedious to get the hang of.

I met this girl in Japan, and she says that she gained lots of weight when she went to America to study abroad, and lost it again when she came back to Japan. Now, she's pretty thin, although she calls herself fat, but she's totally hot.

Yeah, did you get the nutrition facts pamphlet?

The Meatball sub even in 6 inch is a large part of a daily diet. So if dieting, avoid those or become the reverse/old Jared.

Don't grab random people if that was what you were doing. People you know shouldn't mind though.

Does a dance-mat pad register more than 2 buttons at a time?

I was borderline obese at one point <5'8'' &155lbs.> but then I suit drinking sodas &switched to almighty Propel or the occasional SoBe Lizard drinks &I lost ten pounds. I also did 200 sit-ups a day, even on Christmas holiday wherer I did more because of holidays yum yum consumption. =]

Since then I have been able to regain my fast metabolism &I lost five pounds from nowhere. =0

As for holding hands with friends, I'm totally okay with that holding hands doesn't mean that you like each other in that "in love" with you way, but as a more we're friends kind of way. I did that in school once &everyone thought I was a lesbian. =/

In many ways I wish America was more like Europe. <Like how Spain closes down work for awhile &rests for a bit.>

Believe me, it's not fun. I'm like that. I can eat tons and still feel hungry. And I'm constantly tired. But I also drink a lot of fluids as not only am I hungry a lot, but I'm thirsty a lot. If I don't eat I lose weight fast, dangerously fast. When I get sick my metabolism stays really high so I can end up losing 5 pounds overnight. My father is the same way and he's almost 60. When he gets sick it's not uncommon for him to lose 15 pounds over a weekend and it really drains him.

I ate Subway almost daily for a couple months when I was at college in Florida. It wasn't too bad actually as they have a pretty good variety of choices. I prefer more home-made type deals, but Subway isn't half bad especially if they have in good lemonade and haven't let it sit forever and get watered down from the ice.

i have consumed 75% of my daily caloric needs in less than 25% of a day.
Maybe my body will not efficiently use all the food, or maybe it'll store the excess calories as fat.

So you can play PSU in some on fours cat/animal type of deal even. Hah!

Anyway, avoid the carbs and sweets despite their allure/addiction properties if at all possible. Empty calories. Extra calories. Unless you naturally work them off or are planning to burn them off in exercise.

It is definitely easy to get fat with food readily available and extremely cheap around and on every corner.

an athlete can have a very high BMI yet they are super skinny cause they have more muscle than the average person, the same goes with models, some girls have under 15 BMI.......but they are tall and you'd expect the BMI to be higher, BMI is deceptive.

Check that bastard book again, then kick his spine.

Shit, by now you should have seen a cable in the classroom video on Nutrition and the BMI and how this one marathon running dood with 5 miles a day minimum under his belt is over 270 pounds or so and is 3000% times active than any random American. But BMI says he's obese.

#2, Shaq was told he was super obese by BMI, so he said he'd bust anyone's ass on the court if these damn scientists wanted some.

#3 he later apologized for the kids for swearing on live TV, although it was only Ass.

Diet:
The diet of foxes comprises ramen, rice, tofu, lots and lots of saké (seriously its doubted that they even drink water), rodents, fruit, birds, eggs and all other kinds of small animals. The fox generally consumes around 1 kg food every day. Foxes that live in neighborhoods mainly depend on household waste and even rodents and birds that keep moving around these areas.

They mostly thrive in the lower latitudes, suburban and even urban environments both in Europe and in North America. They are found also in Eurasia, North Africa, India (Ladakh, Himalayas, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Gujarat), China, Japan, Internet and in Australia. The population of this animal is approximately over 9 million.
