Doesn't exist and probably wouldn't exist since a lot of people would whine. Mostly the FPSers.

Madcat controllers have a turbo button that spams the button you choose after you hit turbo or something like that. That's why madcat's are banned by MLG events. That's the same one i was about to mention. Works pretty well for all games even though it feels a little different in your hands. Great for lvl'ing PA's while you sleep. Honestly can't wait till PA rebalance

And i honestly doubt it will be that fast for bullets past 21 with the way everything gets killed as of now. Loads of solo runs maybe.

there is a turbo button controller for CoD4 i saw in a youtube vid where you press a small button on the bottom and you can make bolt action rifles shoot like automatic weapons O.o

(search for shoot fast or something like that)

25-28 in one run is practically unheard of. Are you sure you weren't talking about a Melee Skill or a Force weapon (cards/Bows)? Not that I don't believe you, but that speed sounds scary.

I remember some people used to use that kind of modded controller in COD2 back when I used to play. I think I had a friend who used one and he could shoot the m1 garrand unbelievably fast.

I know of two, the madcatz microcon 360, and the blue hori one. I can't find either in stores in my area, and ordering online would set me back about $40 plus shipping. screw that, I'll just play FF until we get the update.
