so i know they are a FoI drop but has any one got them?
are the locked like tippies???

i NEED a set of them.

also is the 10* yohmei cannon dropping or did sega screw up again and not activate it.

They will be an area drop for the forest; it just hasn't been activated as one yet. I expect them to be released during MAG. That's where they first appeared in the Japanese version, so they'll likely show up during that event for us, too. Also, they should not be bound to a character when picked up. (Technically, the normal Al Tippies aren't supposed to be bound either. Just some weird bug, as far as I know.)

thanks espio, i hope they will dropping like dog poo cos i love durandals (they were my 1st rare on PSO and loved them since), and want one >20% per element and DB and twin DB too LOL

no they wont be they'll be fairly rare lol
