Sure, I'd go for that. But I don't think my computer would fare very well after I installed it. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

No, PSU choked on the last batch... (At launch, whole 55 deal.)

Anyways, virus scanning programs are the most resource-sucking things I've ever seen... "Low-resource mode" equates to a consistent 50-100% processor drain...

Crank it up and see how high you can get that percentage. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I prefer not to, even with me turning off half the crap that wants to boot with the computer, it still takes 5 minutes just to get to where it'll respond. (From the point it goes off the windows loading bar. Getting there is only a minute or two)

After a while every computer will do that. I've had mine for a few years, but I'm still learning about computers, so I've found ways to keep it from taking so long.
hibernate is a great way, if you don't mind using some hard drive space. Dunno if your computer does that or not. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Real men use hardware firewalls.

Also, orange juice tastes horrible when warm.
