Quick Question About Finding Items

When you find and item, specifically a weapons, as a drop from a normal box, enemy drop, or boss box, are they automatically neutral? Or do they have any elemental %? Sometimes it's neutral, Sometimes it has an ele % on it...

It's totally random, as far as I know...

In AoI, dropped weapons & lineshields can have an element attached with a certain %.

average is around 10-20% any higher or lower are rarer, at least I think so, from what I've noticed out of the hundreds of durandal replicas I've found on sakura blast, they're really useful too. 9K each.
