"Luck"

Has anyone else noticed how Luck seems to really only effect grinds? On my best days with 3* luck, I usually get worse drops then my friend does on a bad day on no luck characters. So, is there some invisible luck stat, that each character has (account?) or are me and Golden Falcon just paranoid.

Luck only improves your grind rate and the rate at which enemies will drop SOMETHING. The rariety of this "something" that the enemies drop is not, repeat NOT, affected by luck.

When running with 3* luck, you will see a marked improvement in the AMOUNT of items dropped by enemies as opposed to 0* luck. This does not necessarily equate to the QUALITY of said items.

luck gives you more materials drop rate as well. That is about it. Wheather you get what you wanted or not is REAL luck and not that shiny-looking-star thing called Holy Light.

Ah, I was wondering about that. Well, I guess I'll just have to let him stay party leader. 3 rare spawn missions in 5 missions so far today, including 3 rappy feathers, and 2 WD lovers. Not to mention the constant red drops, on of all things C rank. I'm just wondering if theres something we don't know about effecting drop rarity, since he Never gets less then 1 even on C's and I almost never get so much as 1. Just seems odd, and this has been an ongoing thing in the 6 or so months total I've played PSU. ;_;

It's just as JAFO said. 3* luck is useful for grinding and that's about it.
