Offline: Need help getting these items for Phantasy Star Uni

I need these items for the ps2 version and I cannot find them or buy them please help me find them!
Here are what they are: Chainsawd and Rabol Yiel!

Chainsawd is not yet out in Online mode, though you can purchase the Chainsawd/C (Copy version) at Casino Voloyal with Vol Coins.

It does exist Offline though, I don't remember what I got it from but I've found a number of them in Hill of Spores S. I think it was a Booma that dropped it.
