Rhino > Gigobooma.
A Rhino is like the PSO universe's tank.
Its armor plating can withstand anything, even a blast of dragon breath or a direct hit from Megid. Or a very angry Fomarl.

The Rhino is an unstoppable juggernaught of destruction and terror, and you should be damned happy it never made it to final release.

It also drops V1 Spread Needles at a 1/24,537 rate.

No. The only thing that can destroy a Rhino is crashing Pioneer 2 into it.

No.

The range difference only gives the Rhino more acceleration time, so that instead of simply being hit by a freight train, the effect would be enough to liquefy you.

Yes, but you would have to purchase the Pioneer 2 schematics and create one from scratch, then rebuild the Guardians Colony to do so. What with the timelines and everything, and the Colony taking a nose-dive into Parum.

Sure, but I think you can still hit it for 0 damage. All you need to stun it is the ATA to hit it.

You can't kill it with zeros, though you could hold it there until someone hits it with the Pioneer, but what if they have the wrong section ID? D:
