Everyone thinks the old clothes from the previous PSO will come out on Maximum Attack G..sometime during April.

I think all of the clothes that aren't offline (like the GUARDIANS thing, voloyal, shrine maiden, and regular maiden) will be like prizes. Voloyal = casino, maiden and shrine maiden = ohtoku offering box, and this thing = koltova stand trade thing? The top one: Laia Martinez's GUARDIANS President outfit. Maybe we'll get it as some sort of story event? Also in the database is Lumia's clothes, the Divine Maiden's clothes, and Howzer's clothes.

The bottom one: FOmarl outfit, imported from PSO. Will be available during MAG.

Lumia's clothes are available offline iirc, Trypheros, so I'd expect it to be released like everything else is. The ones that I think are prize or event related are the ones not found offline.

I do like the top one, but I'd love to see a longer flowing trenchcoat style for females, similar to Leia's in different color combinations. That top one is closeish, but not quite what i was hoping for style wise. (It's a bit too formal)

I'd also like Hal's outfit in separate skirts and tops.

All of the PSO costumes will be released during Max Attack G, unless SEGA of America decides to do the event completely different from the way SEGA of Japan did it (unlikely).

Like each other PSO clothes set. You should be able to get it in about one month.
