its hard to trick a kitsune... creating fakes will be nigh impossible even with your unlimited resources... to do so i would have to say you would have to be on equal level with Inari or Amaterasu... or you could try and convince Alex to go diety and create you some followers but seeing as you are trying to destroy with said followers i doubt a deity of peace will help you with that

also kitsune are not actually human-esque, they originate as natural foxes that gain abilities after a certain age, after they have out lived their natural life span, in reality every fox in existence has the potential to become a kitsune

True enough. I should rephrase that to say they are sometimes humanesque.

Creating fakes is only hard if the target can remember what the real thing looks like.

kistune deal with the mental, we are able to trick humans so easily because we can pick up on their thought paterns, read emotions from their scents, even feel and hear the way they walk, we also pick up on the same from our own kind, there are certain patterns which kitsune follow naturally with instinct. since we are creatures of illusion you can trick our senses through conventional magic, and inorder to recreate these patterns in spies it would take ages of training, and even then only one mistake to blow your cover. and then there is the physical aspect... vixens have heat, thats a bitch to recreate, males know when somebody is in heat, you've got to train any male spies to recognize stuff like that to

getting them to forget all that requires a god's power, its not going to happen, breaking down the barriers around just one persons mind is an enourmous feat, an entire armies is impossible, instincts on a species take generations to erase and can't be done all at once...

I noticed. When I tried to make a female with long hair, the spines matched the body color and I was unable to get long hair of a single color.
