Is swimwear can be bought in offline mode?

The database says it is in G's mode, but I cannot find it in offline mode (just play a little)
Is it only in network mode?

Swimwear can be found in the Colony Clothing shop. They are added much later in the story.

Every outfit online is available offline except the Casino Outfit and Mikumiko Set which are online exclusive.
