Wheres the Best Place to hunt Rappys?

Scarred Planet and Lightning Beasts on Parum are good missions. Scarred Planet is pretty short. It only gives two Rappies but they are really common there. Lightning Beasts has four Rappies but the mission is a little longer.

Do the Rappa Paska's drop the Halp Serafi board on Scarred Planet S or is it a new drop? I'd like to know this before i start hunting, i'd rather not waste my time.

any rappy 80+ drops it, so yes scarred planet S can drop it
