Ok, well that doesn't really answer my question...is it in the game or not? Or is there an area LIKE forest?

If you are talking about Forest of Illusion, then you can find it after trial clearing any run on Moatoob on any difficulty. Just check back at the counter to see if you got it. It is a random rare 'spawning' map. But be sure to take 3 people/friends with you, otherwise you cannot get an S rank or some of the boxes and potential rappy spawn.

I think that would be the only PSO forest run you can do at the moment ^-^ During the MAX G event later, there will be a forest map as well though.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but the Forest level from PSO is not available yet. It will be at april 25 with the introduction of our Maximum Attack G event. But until then, your out of luck my friend.

Forest of Illusion is PSO forest. You can find it anywhere on moatoob but it appears rarely. When it does appear it will be highlited red on the mission list.

It will remain after Max attack G without the extra rares/exp

After doing Forest of Illusion for the first time yesterday.. I was greatly disappointed. It was a very cheap and rushed remake of the PSO forest.. it was so messy, like they slapped random textures allover the place, it was also *really* dull and dark.. I remember forest being bright, sunny, lush colours... they PSU-ified it and made it pretty boring..

Looks like the exact same textures to me, and that would be why it looks messy. PSO is 7, nearly 8 years old, so the textures look somewhat dated now.

It's not meant to be a remake of Forest, it's meant to be similar. If they wanted it to be identical, there wouldn't be Sageeta in FoI, and there wouldn't be Volfu/Bil De Vear/Rappy Polec either.
