It seems that every 11* I synth comes out at at least 40%; I'm not sure what that's about. Anyway, I'm not a huge fan of one-handed weapons, so my initial reaction is to SELL SELL SELL. But I'm still not sure if I want to keep it or not - depends on what offers I get. Yeah, I mostly just want cash or maybe an s rank that a beast F fF can use (I have a wish list in my biography if needed).
