Lightning Beasts, B2 (I think), corner yourself by one of the poison pod and spam away.

If you have a team willing to go with you, you could do Crimson Beast also.

The last room of Eastern Peril has poison plants, and then a photon cube by the boss warp.

Yup, best place to level reverser, you just have walk 1 min back to the lobby to recharge and 1 min back to your leveling place, ain't that long. Also, it levels very quick to 31 (maybe just 2 hours or something from 10)

O yeah. Your weapons almost don't get empty if you wait untill 3 chars are confused. Figure the rest out yourself =P

beatrixkiddo is right! Easter Peril is by far the best option because of the recharge cube right next to the poison plants (before the bosse teleport). No 1 minute back and forth just to recharge.

If you are using cosmos, no need to use C rank wands. Grab whatever has the most PP. You aren't paying for it anyway. You should only grab the Cranks if you plan to recharge at the cube.
