Ok poor poor people...

Edit: no more ebay urls, lets not give them any help.

1. I'd like to know "why" seriously "why" would anyone pay for this stuff? I've heard stuff like this on Everquest of 35 year old men paying 200$ for 900,000 ecerquest online money. is america really this stupid?

2. Why doesn't sonic team do something about this? Isn't this VERY illegal (selling data that doesn't :technically belong: to them)?

if not then i might as well write up the dupe method for online gamecube and sell it for a minimum of 90$ and do this x 10 to earn a free friggin 1000$ bucks

All you have to do is look at the screen name of the person who won and you think... hmmmmmmmmm. That's an easy 90 bucks right there. Sounds tempting, but still not worth it IMO.

i'm aware you've all seen this. but the thing is this is is the 3rd time the same person has posted this for sale. I've seen 3 different start dates of this. It's pathetic.

Please, stop the madness. We know there are insane idiots in this world who have nothing more than green little bills burning a hole in their pocket, but please spare us all the time, space, and sanity by stopping this stupid stuff. We know idiots are out there, if we really wanted to keep up with them, we would be at eBay watching them instead of here reading.

Plus, if I recall right, Erupt was tired of this stuff and said to STOP posting it.

Well, sincerely (I know everybody will get on my case for that but oh well), if I could do it, I would sell those stuffs! Come on, 90$ made easily, why not? If there's people enough idiots to pay for it, then I'd make advantages of the situation!

idiots will be idiots. Let them give their money away. If they are so stupid as to believe that crap then they get what they deserve.

Nothing else to say.....

Hmmmm....I wonder if he is doing any duping?? Check his ebay feedback and click on the previous listings. He has sold the exact same rares about a dozen times already. Sega shouldn't just ban him from PSO but also sue his butt. Its bad enough that people out there are duping items but now selling the dupes. This is very pathetic.

/shrug I don't see how ebayed characters, duping and all other crap affect anyone... true it is sad to see people spending money like that, but it is even more sad see people making posts like this.

People who buy this stuff are the 30+ year old's who live in their parents' basements, and just live off them for all their lives until they realize there is something outside of this obsession of theirs...
But luckly I'm not 30 yet so I'll keep living in my own little world...heh heh...

Sephiroth is the winner.

What boggles me is the fact that he could probably get most of those for free off of Dupers. I mean if you honestly wanted all of that stuff you could rack up the majority of it within a weeks time on Vega.

If you lot want to do something about these auctions, then instead of venting it at these forums, copy the auction number to your clipboard and file a complaint here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-RS.html.

[EDIT NOTE: Oh what a surprise. A Sephiroth n00b was the winning bidder. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif]

hmm just one thing i dont understand....

I saw someone say its illegal or something because sega owns the property (items), if this is true cant an argument be made that they are trading the items for money rather than trading for other items? There is a open trading going on throughout the server so how can you trade something that isnt even yours? I could be wrong and i am no lawyer, but someone give me this guys email because i wanna buy monomates and some grinders if at all possible.

Will ebay even do anything to them considering they've let selling of game items go on for a while now with Diablo and the likes?

I made that statem, ment and i was QUESTIONING if it was legal. And no way is the seller stupid, he's actually pretty smart if this is legal. If anything he's the smartest duper i've seen.

I meant it about no more of these topics, whether its the 5th or 6th time this guy is posting the sad fact is there's a nice chance given the amount of hits we get here that we have actually helped this guy by posting urls to his auctions here. So NO MORE.
