PSU: Red button on the ceiling in True Darkness????

Im pretty sure some people have noticed but in the last room b4 the boss i just looked up for some reason n i see a red button... I guess its the button to turn the lights on in that room but im not sure...i couldnt shoot it....guess u need a rifle or a bow

It does indeed turn on the lights.

You can hit it with a Handgun. You just need to be almost underneath it, to the point of looking as high as you can and having it be right at the edge of your range.
