It's half broken. Some sites load, some dont. And clearing the DNS cache does nothing.

Protip: if you use DSL, try yelling at the tech suppport. Please note while this will not help your computer at all it will make you feel better

Has no effect when all of your computers have the problem.

As to tech support, I work for a VOIP company, so I'm quite familiar with yelling at an ISP when connection stability isn't there. But this is different. It seems like a hand off to Level3 or GBX or another backbone carrier is down. I just need evidence...
