height 173 cm (cm = cv in game)
weight 58 kg (kg = kv in game
so height - weight is 115, exactly the same as what I wanted to make since the first date. >:3

well, that is the number to determine how thin/fat you are http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif.
for Asian male range 100-110 = good
for Asian female range 110-120 = good
for western male range 95-105 = good
for western female range 100-110 = good

However, those are just very rouge calculation, because each person has different bone size and that contribute your into weight too. Thus, those are only approximate.

I'm actually rather shocked because for the most part, my attempts to make a character a certain real-world height were spot on. With everyone making all these tall characters I started thinking I had made everyone I have too short.

Using your method, my main (female human) is 114.

Another way to determine if you're under/overweight is to use Body Mass Index (BMI)

BMI Categories:

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Well, I was pretty shocked when I saw how tall Kyrlia seems to be.
And maybe it`s just my imagination, but MANY charas on PSU seem way too tall.
Some even have an absurd weight. :/

The way I created my characters was assuming that the default characters we see in the character selection screen represent the average height for that race and gender. Knowing that the real-world average male human height lies around 5'8" I used the male human as a baseline for setting the height of all my characters.

For example, as myself (F Gattaca) in PSO, I was a pretty small RAcast; I was of comparable height to human NPCs, except maybe just a smidge taller. So, I went from there--kept backing out of the character creation screen and comparing my PSU body to the default male human's until it was where I wanted it (changes you make to a character race/gender remain even if you back out and decide to go to the initial menu).

Oddly enough, if my reasoning about average race/gender height is correct, F Gattaca would still be much taller than the average male CAST. ... Of course, most other male CASTs in PSU are much MUCH taller. (Hi, Deja!)

I wound up doing the same for Raul DiUragano, making him a lot smaller than the average Beast in height. With Aragan, I could have made him a little shorter, but as we aren't given exact measurements I was eyeballing it at the time.

They are too tall, i designed my female beast to be slightly above average in height (5' 10" exactly as tall as Laia) but i always feel so short compared to everyone else. It doesn't help that a lot of my friends play CASTs at the max height.

For this calculation i got 107, she also lands right on the dashed line in the normal range on this chart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Body_mass_index_chart.svg).

I though my beast was shorter, but his heigh is quite common. Yesterday I laughed out loud with a friend of mine, our caseals are the same heigh, but his weighs 4 Kg more than mine, 2 Kilograms per boob xD
