Where can i FIND a cati/skill pp save? theyre really expensive and would rather search for one than trade or buy.

Friend of mine found his in FoI...but you can't currently find one, as the Rappy Paskas are "in season"...normal Rappy spawns should be back in time for MAG, which I believe is when prices for Cati / Skill PP Saves will tank. =p

They better tank. The only event with rappies apearing often, and boosted drop rates was 1up. And we had Halowene rappies back then. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif
