What mission is the best to run when looking for FoI and when u are looking can u finish and abandon the mission to get it or do u have to go to the next lobby?

Any mission on Moatoob gives the same chance of getting Forest. That said, System Defence S is probably the easiest/quickest to spam. And yes, you can abandon after clearing.

Valley of Carnage C can be done in 4-6 minutes as you can skip "most" of the first block.. There's at least one layout where you have to run off out of the way to get a key, though. Just make sure you bring friends--it'll help in getting it done closer to the 3-4 minute mark, and drastically raise your chances to get the mission if you disband after each run and have each person check.

I soloed a few system defense Cs the other day in 3 mins getting S ranks. You can probably skip some enemies so you might be able to do 2 minute runs or so.
