Offline: Grinding to 10

Am I doing something wrong? Offline only has S+1 - 5 and I thought of suing this chart http://psupedia.info/Weapon_grinding#Offline At the very bottom it has +5 as a guarantee all the way to 10. I recognize that chart; I think it is horribly out of date. That chart was in place for the original version of PSU. It probably hasn't been updated for AoI, where the grinding system has been changed (weapons don't break upon failure, in exchange for lower success rates overall).
