Charm?

I was looking at the bouquet that the butler pm uses, in the database, and the non /c version says it inflicts charm lvl 3..
What does Charm actually do?

If it's the same charm a particular special-art has, I would say it attracts monsters to you. Yeah, it shows hearts around them, but they come after the charmer. (No it doesn't get the monster to fight for you like traditional charm abilities, it more or less draws aggro)

I think it makes their techniques miss as well, like confuse does.

... I use light-ele kubara RCSM's for the status.

It doesn't make their techs miss, trust me, Chamga got me owned by barta barrages many a time.
