the strongest laser cannon

I got my frozen prism to lvl 21 and was going to lvl my phantasm prism to lvl 21 as well. From what I was told the Phantasm prism was said to be the strongest laser bullet art. I just want to know if it is the strongest or not and is it worth lvling?

Seeing i heard that Laser Cannons will get a element damage boost.
I think you should skip the ultimate photon bullet arts and just focus on leveling regular ones.

i like Phantasm Prism! My FG use one in level 34 now, causes sleep level3 and around 700~900 damage for enemy using Meteor Cannon grinded +4, i think is good option for use in all areas/missios.

Phantasm Prism has the highest ATA and ATP modifiers of the laser bullets currently available.

However. After the 4/25(?) PA adjustment, elemental laser bullets are going to get a large elemental percentage boost.

Since bullets of the opposite element will already outdamage Phantasm, the difference will only become more drastic after that update.

Elementals, when used against the correct enemy, will be strongest. Now, if you don't feel like leveling all 6, Phantasm may be a good stopgap. I'd say level 3 elements (for the missions you use Lasers the most on), and keep Phantasm for the stuff you don't have covered by elementals.

If you want to maximize your damage potential, raise all your elemental bullets. If you're not up to the task, I'd say to raise at least 2. On a side note, Mayalee prism has some great use to it, especially as a pre-measure to getting in some well placed grenade shots >_>;

ok i read some of your post and i didnt reliaze that phantasm prism gained lvl 3 sleep SE. That sounds cool but ima lvl my element bullets up to 21 before i work on phantasm prism. Thank you all for the advice on my post ^_^

but my FG does that much with his dark laser and his dark laser is only lvl 18 lol

Oh really? Can you tell me what lvl i have to gain to increase the SE lvl?

at lvl 31 Laser cannons get lvl 3 status effect.

also on March 25th, laser cannons will get a huge elemental boost.

lvl1-10: 30%
lvl11-20: 35%
lvl21-30: 40%
lvl 31-40: 45%
lvl 41-50: 50%

so even a low level laser would be really good then, just because of the percent. i went and bought every element of lasers a few days ago lol

Wow i just got my frozen prism to 21 guess i got 10 more lvls before i can get that lvl3 SE. For now ima lvl my other laser bullets to 21 and buy two more elements. XD
