I can't eat mustard. It's probably an acquire taste wheather you like the food or not, but i can eat most other food minus meats. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_hamster.gif
Anyone here ever ate PHO before? It's a Vietnamese restaurant noodle soup.

anybody ever made food to themselve before and it turns out very bad and not very edible? It happens to me before when i was first starting out to cook fish meat. I think i over cook it and fry it. The result was nasty. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I can't really cook too much http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif Mostly out of fear of it going bad.

I made a bad omelette once. Too runny.

Wow, maybe you can teach me a few things or two about cooking. I am limited to not cooking meat though. I can't even cut meats anymore because i feel guilty for the lives of that animals. I am sensitive to animals slaughter and such.

How about turning this topic into "How Bad you Cook." I think that would be more exciting and entertaining. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_hamster.gif

i hope you weren't joking about the hot sauce recipe you were talking about, I'll get it from you one day D; (to make matters worst, the hottest stuff I have, is less than a centimeter left http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cry.gif )

TheOneHero

I'll give it to you Sord.

And I have at least a dozen people to confirm it's the hottest thing they have ever had. =D

witnesses for that kind of thing don't mean much. They could all just be weak for example, and even if they're not, pain thresholds are diffrent for various people. I've given hotsauce to plenty of classmates, and even people who find one hot sauce to be the same, have found another to be diffrent for each of them. IE, the only opinion I care about in the matter is my own.

Can you actually taste any difference in them?
All I usually get is heat. I like spicy stuff, but I like it when I can taste stuff too. ;o

Nrito:

1. Glorious flavor.
2. Spicy.
3. Remains spicy even when cold. (And I'd know, I can ever eat all of it before it gets cold. XD )

Quit being such a tease and post the damn recipe then, Oreo Hero.

As to the original topic, yes, I can cook some pretty delicious grub, though I don't have any natural talent for it--just measuring utensils, common sense, and recipes.

Whoever mentioned pho: mmm, yes, scrumptious.

Well, the thing is...

I don't have the measurements written down. I just know how much to put in when I pour of the seasonings. XD

I'll write it down next time I make the dish.

Fair enough.
I take a little bit of this, little bit of that kind of attitude when cooking, myself, which annoys me mum, but you can't complain if it tastes good. :3

sadly there are those with no common sense, defy recipes and don't think that the amount of salt really makes a difference... i've actually never come across someone like that personally, but i'm going to assume they're out there.

as for me i part timed at a sushi resturant in high school. everything was raw, so i don't have any recipes that i know off the top of my head, but i have good preparation and my presentation is generally pretty nice with flowers and stuff. randomly cut heart shaped apple slices for my girl friend one time.

i like making crepes, pasta, curry, pretty much anything if i take the time. i'm really lazy so most of the time i go out to eat or eat what's ever on hand at home.

I eat raw red meat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.

Then I wash it down with a glass of warm sugar-butter.
