That is one style, but it wasn't the 360 that we were doing in PSU.

It's neat, yes. It just isn't a roundhouse kick. It's not even close. It's going the wrong direction, and hitting with the opposite part of the foot.
Sorry, as a martial artist of seven years, it's rather annoying when people talk about techniques as if they know what it is. Not every circular attack done by your foot is a roundhouse. That's like calling a claw a dagger lolsega.

Can't you say "spinning kick" or something? Something that's not completely wrong?

I'd figure if you use that and miss, or your opponent recovers quickly, you'd be wide open.
