Does the rank you complete a mission at affect the boss box drops?

I was searching for a Me /Quick slot unit for close to two hours spamming Dancing Birds, but I was skipping rooms of monsters that I didn't need to kill to proceed, thus only getting A ranks for my missions.

Its from Japan, its only Japaneses. I do not believe they made/gonna make a translation of it becuase this game isn't as popular in NA then Japan.
