You're going to have trouble getting a Needle for that price, they tend to go for a fair bit more than that.

EDIT:Though right now the player market is on the overpriced end, I usually see them listed around 20 mil.

oh really? I havn't seen ANY in player shops for a week now. Before that however, I remember seeing 4-5 of them, going from 7million to 15million, unfortunately at the time I didn't have enough to buy them :/ damnit!
