How do I go about getting married in PSO? I have a friend who wants to get married to me in the game (we're basically just curious and amused by the whole idea), and we just need to know how to go about taking the plunge.

Stay away from it, i did the stupid quest w/out know what those evil rappy's were planning. now i'm hitched 2 some ranger chick i never met before

I don't know if it's still available since the minievent officially ended. But you could do it in the Singing by the Beach quest
