Meh, I usually give the Zodiac Spear to a tank character so I have at least two heavy hitters (I mean, the Zodiac Spear has the highest atk rating in the game, who needs speed); never played long enough to get the Tournesol...

Tournesol is only 10 power lower than the Zodiac, with a much higher combo rate and some other stat bonus it gives +10 in. It also looks far better.

EDIT:My usual plan of attack on anything and everything is to put the whole party in Protect+Shell+Haste, then Bravery+Berserk two of them. The speed you get with haste+berserk is incredible, bravery+berserk gives phenomenal power, and the third person mostly just follows along to heal... (Took out the Hell Wyrm using this plan for most of the fight... well, pretty much all of it)

My usual weapon choices are Tournesol, Masamune+Genji Gloves, Zodiac Spear, Excalibur, and Formalhaut.
