So apparently thats a fast way to level up classes at lower levels. How do I get to it though?

Go to the Flyer Base in Ohtoku City on Neudaiz. From there, take the mission named "Forested Islands." Complete that to end up in the Shikon Tanze route lobby. When you get there, walk straight ahead and to the left a bit. You'll find a door that, when you enter it, a bubble will pop up that says "Habirao Old Village Area" or something along those lines. Enter that door and you'll find the mission you're looking for.
