mockery of sarcastic emopost aside, the delay of the PA exp boost does make me a sad panda. Like hell I'm going to spend arduous amounts of time leveling offensive techs for slightly more lolforce dps and pretty glowy effects (more than I already have anyway which is not that much I am proud to declare).
