hey im having problems getting the controller to fully function. the problem is that the triggers dont work rite.

Anyone who's had this problem get around to fixing the triggers? its for the wireless version btw. the computer reads them as z-axis rather than as actual buttons http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Most games will not detect the trighers as buttons, try using a program to configure out of the game every button, I use switchblade, it has some pre-sets for a little list of games but maybe you can reconfigure it from zero.

There are some user-made drivers called XBCD (http://www.redcl0ud.com/xbcd.html) that are quite excellent and take care of all your custom button configuration needs, but I've heard they don't work for the wireless xbox 360 controller, only the wired one.

You'd likely be able to use Joy2Key, however (http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm), as a workaround to make PSU think the triggers are actually keyboard commands. The triggers actually do work on the driver level, just not in-game, yes? If so, Joy2Key should do it.

besides, the triggers on PSU360 are only used as menu scrolling buttons NEwai

When the alternative is using the D-Pad, I'm pretty sure he wants them to work.

well not to mention i sorta wanted to reverse the functions of the triggers and the bumpers.

I did lots of searching on the net and stumbled upon some japanese drivers for the wireless receiver. i set them up and everything but even after i assign the triggers a button, the game wont read them and neither will joy2key T_T

ok i finally got it to work using the wireless japanese drivers which i got from here:

http://x360wc.tripod.com/index.html

you update the drivers for your 360 wireless receiver via the control panel > hardware.

im not super sure what i did, but i set the triggers to buttons 5 & 6 and set their threshold all the way down. set the bumpers to 11 and 12. Works now and vibration (force feedback) works now too! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

the only thing that may seem strange tho is when you turn the controller on, the light thats supposed to signal 1st player doesnt light up and sometimes the light spins around, but it still functions perfectly. the other thing is that if you do this method, it only lets you do 1 controller per receiver so if you wanted to use multiple configured controllers youll have to buy seperae receivers.

thanks everyone for your help http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
