AotI-XBox 360: Where to find HP Restores

I've been trying to find an upgrade for my ME / HP restore for a long time now, and ever since pso-world has changed it so it wont show where the other two drop (also i dont want to pay 10 million+ for one) its been very dificult to find any....... so if anyone can give any advice on where to find a tero or hard hp restore i would be very greatful.

They dont drop anymore, I heard that they only dropped during the 1up Cup.

I hope you guys at this site seriously start deleting these HP restore threads, people seem to create a new one every week. Seriously people dont you look at the main site under item drops, it says right there that this unit was only found in the 1up. God, why are people to lazy to look these things up.
