Whats the Ruby Bullet?

Does anyone know what the Ruby Bullet is for (ie rifle,machingun,etc). Also do you know what it does and its effect?

Here is something to help you out.

There is a search bar on the Item Database page (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/) and you can type keywords and hit Enter to find results. In your case you would have typed "Ruby Bullet" and your results, the handgun and twin handgun versions, would come up. Here are the direct links to both of their pages:

The Ruby Bullet is a handgun. It is based on this PSO weapon:

In the beta version of Ambition of the Illuminus, the Ruby Bullet was a godly weapon. It easily beat out several S-Ranks. Too bad it got nerfed since then. =/
