Anyone else having this problem? I'm guessing something's wrong with the billing site because they never took money out of my account but my account was apparently active. Tried to log on today and it's saying my account's expired.
Yes, I use a pre-paid card and normally I could just renew right then and there. However, I'm not getting that option right now so I cancelled my account to see if that'd help but it's just been stuck at pending cancellation.
Figured I'd just wait it out and see what happens but wanted to know if anyone else found a solution.
