The Data base says its found on the Ruins, but i saw someone with it.

Are the ruins out yet or whats wrong here?

actually, I found a set off of the very first mob of boomas starting off of Forest 1. Unfortunately, they were only 17% lightning...

It is always possible the drops changed. Sonic Team has been known to do things like that.

In order to find out what is the truth, I'll need information about the types of items people are finding in Forest and any Twin Durandal/Twin DB Saber drops.

EDIT: I did some player shop searches. There are several T. Durandal Replicate weapons, but no Twin DB's Swords/Sabers.
