Ryusaikanoh Question

I kno from experience that it recharges 14 pp per tick, but how much does the ryusaikanoc recharge and which is better? I have one ryusaikanoh and another board yet to be used.

also the kubara one is pretty glitchy right now, just make a spare yohmei for grinding.
