Hey guys,

So my account expired (It says it expired yesterday) so obviously i can't connect in-game, but when i log into PS it tells my that my subscription is active.

Ok. So. I go to renew my license, by hitting 'New Subscription'

And this is what i get:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii51/sld87/PSU%20Shots/PSWTF-.jpg

Now..Pardon my skepticism, but even with BB's subscriptions ending i'm a little hesitant to purchase one of these.

Any ideas whats up?

EDIT: Updated the title for accuracy.

Don't purchase that, you will get billed for BB, not PSU.

There's a huge problem with the Playsega billing server currently, which isn't auto-renewing (and not accepting) new PSU subscriptions. Hopefully it'll be sorted on Monday (I can't see ST working on a weekend unfortunately).

I think your best bet is to contact Sega Support and hope for a quick reply.

Yeah, i've got that Error 173 thing.
I'm wanting to re-subscribe but I get a message saying that I have to wait until my old subscription has a status of 'cancelled'
The problem is that my old subscription still has a status of 'pending cancellation', and I cancelled it on the 2nd of April -_-

I'm having this same problem. I changed the credit card, but that didn't work, so the only choice was to cancel the subscription.

It's still pending. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif

There are a crap ton of people experiencing thsi exact same error, so you're definitely not alone. Many people who came back just for MA:G still had their last subscription set as "Pending Cancellation" so they can't even resubscribe.

Me on the other hand, I canceled my subscription on April 9th. It is still "Pending Cancellation"... which means I can't attempt to renew my subscription. (I hate their recurring policy a week ahead or so of the end date, so I just end it a bit earlier and resubscribed.. but that screwed me over).

I think that anyone who has their account ending soon, will run into this exact same problem.

Sigh, don't think I'll ever have a chance at Spread Needle/G now.

I think most people who are having the problem are ones who have renewed since MAG started, not before.

Hopefully Sega fix this fast- a lot of people are missing out (and more people every day this goes on for).

I know RubyEclipse on the PSU boards said that he'd let the team know, and that Monday was the likely date for any fix (since we all know Sega don't do anything on a weekend).

We'll see, I guess. For the people wanting compensation, I think it's a good idea, but let's get people back online playing first, yeah?

My subscription ends on the 29th, so I'm hoping it's fixed by then..

Look your Playega account: if your charge date has expired a few days ago (wich they should billed your subcsription). Apparently, the accound appears as ACTIVE, but you can't log PSU, it says that your subription has expired, right? Welcome to the nightmare of error065.

Hello,
Thank you for writing regarding this issue. There is a problem with the billing servers and SEGA is working as fast as possible to correct this. Please do not take any further action with your account at this time; your account will likely stay in a “pending cancellation” state until we are able to resolve this.

You will not be double-billed for this and hopefully we should have all affected accounts up and running again shortly. We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

An extra week of MAG would be pointless really. The issue will be fixed (I assume) in plenty of time to get online, get plenty of XP and rares, collect as many badges as you desire, and in general - play the damned thing out till you get bored.

The problem is, many of the people who this problem is affecting were really looking forward (for whatever ungodly reason) to getting on the leaderboards. Those people, indeed, are truly fucked by this turn of events. They have practically no chance of catching up at this late stage.

An extra week of MAG isn't very good compensation, and neither is "super holy week". It would be nice if Sonic Team would compensate players in another fashion - such as a choice between previously unreleased items/weapons (not necessarily as powerful as the Spread Needle, but some little token at least... a joke weapon like the RealHand Spear or something) or Casino Voloyal coins.

I've heard here and there on the official forums that someone might be working on it, but there's been no progress reports, information, or even official acknowledgments outside of a few moderators trying to calm down some of the people who've been affected. I only heard of two people getting their accounts fixed, and one of them got 065'd again shortly afterwards. The only estimates we've heard on when the problem will be fixed is "Tomorrow". Which they also said yesterday, and the day before.

Well the longer the problem persists, the more people its gonna affect.

Realistically, if SEGA knows of this problem (assuming they do), I think it would be a top priority for them. Unless people sign up for a new PSU ID completely (Starting again), SEGA will eventually lose every single subscriber on the PC/PS2 side.

Certainly looks that way. This is a major problem, happening to a lot of players. The timing couldn't be any worse either. The billing system should be able to handle busy signup times- when its being used for potentially a popular game, it should be obvious you need a billing server to cope with the strain.

My account's stuck in limbo now- I can still play for the time being, but I have an 'active' account, with an already-passed next billing date.

What's sad is, the only communication we've had in almost a week is generic 'we're working on it' emails, and ChillAura/RubyEclipse saying it's being looked at.

To be honest, the way its been handled is disgraceful- you'd think the billing server would have oh, I don't know, been checked before MAG to ensure it'd be ok?

Eh, no use dwelling on it I guess, here's hoping there's a solution soon. Then we can complain about being left out of MAG/having any chance of getting in the rankings.

To clarify, I'm not in the rankings, but I'd be annoyed if I was.

Hi, I cancelled my PSU: Ambition of Illuminus subscription on the 2nd of April, but recently I've wanted to get back on, so I figured i'd just make a new subscription for the same PSU ID
However, when I try to hit 'new subscription' on PlaySEGA I get a 173: error telling me I need to wait until my old subscription has a status of 'cancelled', before I can re-subscribe with the same account.
Its status at the moment is still 'pending cancellation'. I was wondering how long it takes for a subscription to get a 'cancelled' status after unsubscribing. Because, as I mentioned, it has been inactive since the 2nd and really want to try out the current event in PSU.
Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, they for some reason cancelled my blue burst account that I accidently signed up for. And my PSU account is still 'pending cancellation' >_>

It really is starting to get ridiculous- I've had the problem since Friday and, while I've been pretty patient up to this point, now it's starting to get to me. Been in Pending Cancellation since. The responses I've gotten have been nothing more than "We're working on it", it would be great if there was some sort of phone number to call instead of the Knowledge Base garbage.

Theoretically, having the billing server working properly should come before everything else. It's simple business logic. There's no reason for SEGA to even run the game if they can't make money from it- It's like they simply don't even care about their subscribers. There is something seriously wrong with a company that continues to offend it's fan base- It's unbelievable.

I've been having this problem as well for 3 days now. Everyone who is having this problem, mail Sega and demand compensation.
If one or two people do this it won't work but if 200-300 people do it they won't have much choice. That would be a ton of money they would be losing.

Here is the link, this is the only way I know to contact them. When they respond you can reply as well or you can TRY calling the number on your credit card bill but every time I've done that it hasn't done me any good.
www.phantasystaruniverse.com/support_contact.php

If you don't know what I mean by "Calling the number on your credit card bill", On the transactions list there will be a phone # next to each charge. Look at the Sega charge and call the number next to it, maybe some of you will have better luck than me. It's funny, every time I've called the've asked me how I got the number. lol

Again, when you contact them tell them you want compensation. If everyone does this they will probably do something but it has to be everyone. There is strength in numbers.

If a lot of people file complaints the Bureau will take this more seriously. You can get all of Sega's info here:http://www.sega.com/corporate/corporate.php?item=corporate_contact
When you put Sega's zip code in the complaint form don't include the second part of the zip because if you do it will say there is no agency to handle that zip code.
I recommended that everyone do this, their customer service is becomming terrible. We are not getting our moneys worth from them and I get the feeling they don't even care.

Ha! Brings back memories! {begin long, pointless story} I filled out a Better Business Bureau complaint against SEGA waaaay back in the day regarding PSO. I played the v1 on the Dreamcast constantly. When v2 came out, of course I bought it right away. If I could actually connect, I would only be able to be on for about 2 minutes before it would disconnect (mind you, this was dial-up -- before high-speed). I called support, and got the run around (much like support today). They told me I needed to get a different ISP, so I dished out more cash to get a new ISP. Problem continued. Called some more, and nothing got resolved. Filled out BBB form, and got a call from SEGA within days. It turned out that when they switched to v2, they moved the servers to Japan, and my connection would time out after being through system after system trying to reach Japan. Basically, I was told that PSO was not available in my area. Mind you, I lived in a major city, and not the backwoods. The told me that I could only play offline. When I threatened to sue for false advertisement (since the game was in fact called Phantasy Star Online). They offered a small compensation. I reminded them that I was the GM of a large toy/electronics store, and would hold back from recommending their products, and instruct my employees to do the same, since no where in the book or on the box did it say "Only Available Online in Certain Areas". Needless to say, I got the compensation that I wanted, including a written apology from the VP of Operations of SoA. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif If only I knew where I put that letter....

So to sum up, SEGA (and Sonic Team) has a history of screwing with Phantasy Star players.

I fill out the abusive behavior form but obviously you don't fill in the abusive player areas. You put main problem then fill out the problem discription box. Normally I wouldn't be so pissed about this but the fact that it's happening to so many people during an event is just ridiculous. This is the third time I've had this happen, actually this happend to me in February of this year so 2 months ago, and once last year. So I think they definetely owe us some sort of compensation and that's why I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I hate to sound like a broken record but when you mail Sega demand compensation AND I recommend you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The more people that do this the better the results will be. The info for contacting the BBB is a few posts back up. Also just for the hell of it here is the number to the billing department:1-415-701-3806
Maybe if a lot of people call and bug the billing dept. they will get it fixed quicker.

This problem seems to crop up en mass every time there's a major event, resulting in a sudden run on the billing servers. It happened within the first week of the game, it happened during Firebreak, it happened during 1up, it happened when AoI was released, it happened for Winter Event, and it's happening again, now. I dunno if it's because the billing servers can't handle the sudden load, or if these issues are completely normal, and we only hear a lot about it during events because subscription rates go up.

Now what I do know about it, is that Sega isn't directly responsible for the billing system. They're contracting out to another company to handle it, and I'd almost bet that this is why solving billing problems is so slow going. If they're not regularly bitching at this 3rd party company, then quite frankly, I'd say that they're outright irresponsible.

Ok, so here's the thing. Well, two things...

1. This game doesn't have much of a population - even when it first launched. (counting only the PS2/PC side, as MS handles the billing for Xbox) Do they even still MAKE servers that are that incapable of handling what is by all rights minimal traffic compared to the myriad of other billing services which handle FAR FAR more traffic than PSU? I mean, are they running the billing server on a 486 or something?

2. As this is NOT a new problem (as you've shown), then why was nothing done to rectify this situation before what is possibly the single most anticipated event in PSU lifespan? Those who do not learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat them, eh? This was "Do or die" time for Sega with PSU, a last chance to really draw back in the audience they lost and show them the improvements they made to the game. This utter lack of preparedness, or demand of preparedness from their contracted billing company, is completely inexcusable - regardless of whether or not they're on the horn chewing them out now or not.

Really... did NOONE in a position of decision making at Sega of America put two and two together when they decided to implement a competitive leaderboard system when they KNEW they still had issues with the billing system that were unresolved, and indeed, even expected at the start of these types of events? Did they NOT expect this kind of backlash, or think that it wouldn't hurt their business or reputation?

Any respectable company would have terminated this billing company (or billing staff) a long time ago.

Hmm, just ran into the error 65 myself. I guess if and when I do make it back on to PSU I'll have to spend all of my free time catching up to the leaderboards, OR if it's too late just work on my alts and forget that shotgun.

Oh well. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

New accounts are still being accepted.

As far as the leaderboards go, you're fucked. But if you haven't played MAG yet because of this issue, or still want to play but are stuck offline, you can just make a new account and use that. Yeah, you're not going to be able to use your characters - but at least you'll still get a shot at the other goodies and meanwhile boosting the overall score. Just transfer stuff over to your main account later. A new account will get you 15 free days of gametime before being billed. So long as you remember to cancel it out before the start of the next billing cycle - it'll be free.

And if it takes longer than two weeks to fix the billing problem... eh... I wouldn't worry about MAG too much. I'm fairly sure most people will be ready to quit by then anyhow.

PlaySega... OXYMORON. How can my friend play if SEGA messed up?

But this is not uncommon - my other friend who had this happen - they fixed it TWO WEEKS later. BUT his PM was empty and his room was a basic room. They reset him T__T he still lvl 120 but all his PM's materials and items and weaponry are gone and his room went back to the normal basic room.

When he complained they said "We cannot validite any items you owned and cannot track what you claimed to have lost." The ydid not compensate him for the Carriguine Rucar i have pictures of him using, nor his money he's flat 0000000 broke and the only things he had were the 50 items his character was equipped with T____T

Great Idea- I filed a complaint with them today- There deserves to be some sort of compensation not only for our virtual exclusion from the leaderboards, but for their absolutely abysmal handling of the problem and our concerns. The fact that they have given us nothing more than a "we're working on it" response shows how truly little respect they have for their own customers who have often stuck with them for years constantly dealing with this sort of ineptitude.

1. Its a question of play or don't play.
2. The first two weeks are free and your current account will not be billed until this is fixed.
3. You can only add to the total kills and play Ruins when that opens up soon.
4. It must be a snowball problem that just keeps getting worse because more and more people are falling into limbo. Even when they determine the root problem and fix it..the system has to get caught up without 'breaking' again.

This did happen to me, but at least you got warned about it. I purchased what said to be the Phantasy Star Universe 30 day subscription after my account was put on Inactive due to the lack of auto-renewal....

So yeah, I bought the 30 day blue burst on accident, sent in a Knowledge Base question, and within a day got a reply from one of their customer service reps about it saying that they've been having a lot of difficulties. They refunded me the money for the transaction (Took a few days though) and I was able to get the PSU account instead without a hitch...

So in other words, they know its a problem, they know it exists, and I'm sure they're attempting to fix it somehow.

Well I called, and got an answering machine. Mailed them again. Just waiting on a response.

I'd like to be back in time for Ruins, since I'll prolly have no chance at making it to the leaderboards again.

Eh' this is pretty whack man.

When I tried to sign into Phantasy Star Universe, a message appeared that said my Guardian's License had expired. I then went to PlaySega.com; my account was still active, but the next month's payment was not deducted. I canceled my subscription in hopes of renewing it, but now I cannot create a new one. SEGA gave me a message back saying that they are working on the problem. That was on Sunday (4/27). Tonight is Wednesday (4/30). Now, I understand that there are many others experiencing this same problem, but this is ridiculous! If this keeps up, SEGA will lose most, if not all, of its customers. I suggest everyone get at least one month free for our troubles. It's the least SEGA can do for their constant screw-ups. Yes, this is not the only time something like this has happened. SEGA makes mistakes ALL THE TIME. Everyone involved should receive some sort of compensation for their patience.

All I ask is that SEGA work a little faster on the issue. If this is not possible, then the customers should receive compensation for our relentless patience with this mediocre company.

My complaint. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Expect a Sonic statue as compensation.

I was thinking that we should each get bonus kills based on how many days since our renewal would have taken place. That way we would still have a chance at the leader board ranking but if we were slacking from the beginning we would still have to work hard to catch up. Either that or just automatically give all effected a Spread Needle. I wish... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif

For compensation, I just want to see someone in a management position who oversees PSU's operations fired. Take pictures as he cleans out his desk and is forced from the building with all his shit in a box. Kick him in the ass on the way out. Put the pictures up on the main page for all to see.

Yeah, it won't fix anything, but it sure would feel great.

That's all I want.

Ogni-XR21
May 1, 2008, 04:02 AM
Since there is a current payment problem thread I will reply here instead of making a new thread about this.

Back in 2006 when I got my import copy of PSU, since there were problems getting a subscripiton I created a Brasilian PlaySega account. Everything worked out and I could use my CC to pay for the subscription.

Recently I got a new credit card since my old one expired. When I entered the new CC information I got Error 191. I guess this probably has to do with the wrong country in the database. Now I wonder, has anyone ever had any success with contacting Sega to change the billing adress? A friend of mine had the same problem a while ago and never got an answer from Sega.

I really don't know if it's even worth trying, since there seem to be error 65 problems at the moment, and I don't see any chance for me to partcipate in MAG at all.

Anyone got any experience on this?

5 days and still can't get on and no reply from Sega. If there is anyone who has an account on the official forums, you should go post the Better Business Bureau info over there. I think there are a lot of people over there that don't come to these forums, I don't have an account on those forums and I don't plan on making one. I'd be happy with a Spread Needle since I now have no chance what so ever to make it in the top 500.

You wont get a reply back from SEGA untill its fixed. You will know when you can play again when the site says that you have successfully resumed payment on your PSU account.

This is the 3ed time this has happened to me.

Anyone who's subscription ends during this time (even if it is reoccuring) will have the same problem we are all having.
ALL you can do is wait. NOTHING ELSE.

I have no idea how they are going to handle the leaderboards lol otherwise, there are still 3 weeks of the event left.

Heh, im just upset because can't tell my friends in-game that my account wont activate ><

Also: everyone's accounts will all of the sudden start working all at the same time, so when this happens, someone please make a topic for it!

Koji - looks like Kisaragi and SMI and a few others in the team are locked out too =/ Now i'm scared to go home and log in - i cannot access my playsega account from work either.

I mean kisaragi's leaderboard ranking is dropping like 80+ slots in the past 2 days. When Kis Kis returns then what? Everyone else will be jumping up to the top while kisa has to fight to stay in the top 450 and never level up his alts. Not fair.

For the Sake of PSU's future sega better fix this and NOT go home for the weekend. This is the 2nd playsega billing screw up i've experienced.

C'mon SEGA. Get your act together. If you can't keep a game running properly, sell the company to someone who can run it right. Or something like that...

I've been got by this problem as well. I shot an email off to Sega's tech support and honestly, they were nothing but exceedingly polite to me (it may well just be "trained" politeness, but being polite really does count for a lot), saying they were working on it as quickly as possible and that they sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I just wonder if I'm the only one who gets this level of politeness from Sega every time I have to submit a support ticket? For the record, I've only had to do it twice and they've bent over backwards to assure my satisfaction both times.

I really REALLY hope someone over at the billing department gets shitcanned over this. If it's outsourced, then shitcan the company they're going through, find a new one, and then shitcan the guy at Sega who thought it was a good idea to use outsource their billing in the first place.

Maybe something like, an extension of the event for another week or two, or a free month for everyone.

The only thing that bugs me is that I was planning to rape this event for its exp.

oooooh well

One more week of event would be the logical compensation, since close to half the PS2/PC server will probably miss a week or more of MAG, and so say goodbye to some goodies and fast xp/mp/rarz drop.

And one week will be quite small for the ones who got hit the sooner.

I believe the billing server is located in the UK- when no-one could login around White Day, it was because of Sega Europe's server room overheating.

Hate to break it to anyone who doesn't know, but it's a Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK, so I wouldn't count on a fix until Tuesday at the earliest, unless it gets fixed today.

When you put Sega's zip code in the complaint form don't include the second part of the zip because if you do it will say there is no agency to handle that zip code.

I think RubyEclipse at the official forums already nixed that idea. MAG will not be extended. I heard something about maybe giving us some unreleased weapon or item, as well as offering a "lotto" for a Spread Needle so it wouldn't be given out to every player with 65, but maybe 1/10 or 1/20. Though I wouldn't count on that.

Somehow, I doubt they'd give out weapons for something like this. The best thing they can do is give us a month or two free because these constant screw-ups are getting to be a real pain. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_no.gif
Though, I doubt they'd do this either. Knowing SEGA, they'd either give us super holy luck or lolrollback. *knocks on wood*

Sorry man I know how you feel. On my third of waiting I got tired of doing nothing and tried cancelling last Tuesday and it went into 'Pending Cancel' status. There have been a couple of people with a broken 'Active' account that had theirs fixed. I think cancelling now will just put you in line with everyone else and it will just take longer.

I've met a couple of people online who are also using a dummy account for the two free weeks. That way they can pick up certain low level prizes(not disks) and just trade them over later..

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I also just finished reading the official fourms on this matter too. At this point, I really have to wonder is there any hope ever for PSU? Personally, I'd rather not be handed a weapon simply because I got dicked by a billing site. If I'm back early enough I plan to work my way back to the boards, even if it means I have to spam C like the rest of them. ( I was ranking by just doing S runs while I was active.)

I'm not even sure if compensation in game is worth it when things like this happen, I'd rather they pay for my account for a month than something like that. I can get my equipment in game on my own, that's not the problem.

Honestly, none of the players should have to deal with any of this, it's bs. Hopefully this is over soon.

So true. Giving away weapons, items or whatever as a compensation is just considering players as a whole bunch of idiots. Some people just wanted to enjoy the event on their free time and might not be able to do so just because of the billing issue and the lack of free time for the one or two last weeks if the problem is fixed by then. It's not about shiny rarz, badges or whatever ; real-life time has to be compensated. Hence, either MAG extension (which won't happen) or free playtime credited on the affected accounts.
I wasn't myself very enthusiastic about this event, spamming the same thing for a whole month definately not being my conception of "fun event", but i was planning to make profit of this event anyways to finally bring one of my chars above 60 and collect some badges for random event crap by playing from times to times between regular missions.
And i'm usually loggin' on PSU when i am bored or when my friends aren't logged on the other online game i'm playing, now, i'm just... bored. I kinda managed to figure other things to do, 'cause not being able to play to PSU isn't that important to me, but i'm very sure no stupid in-game gift will be able to compensate the feeling SEGA is wasting my time. If they perform a rollback, that will be the worst move ever : wasting even more the few time i could spend on PSU before being locked out and penalizing even those who didn't have anything to complain about for the mere reason everything worked well for them.

I'm not even sure if compensation in game is worth it when things like this happen, I'd rather they pay for my account for a month than something like that. I can get my equipment in game on my own, that's not the problem.

Honestly, none of the players should have to deal with any of this, it's bs. Hopefully this is over soon.

I disagree. If I could pick between a free month of play, and some rare item yet to be released, i'd take the item. Yes, you should be compensated for the time you lost, but paying for a month just doesn't seem much of a "we're sorry" gift. That's like grandma giving you 3 dollars for your 10th birthday. It just doesn't feel right.

Excuse me? Are you paying for your account with money you earned from a job that you work? Maybe next time I pay my power bill they'll just forget to turn it keep it on for next month. Yeah, how about they just mail me a fsckin' banana sticker. That'll be lovely.

You missed my point, I paid MONEY, with time that I put into EARNING with manual labor for a GAME. Being given something in-game is a slap in my face for wasting my time.

Keep in mind I'm not speaking for everyone, but seriously man. Think about that.

Chill man. $10 is nothing. That's like, an two hours out of the month on a MIMIMUM WAGE job. It's more like an hour and twenty minuites for most everyone else. .06 cents an hour. It's not that much. I've lost more in the couch over a month's time than what PSU costs to play. Seriously, you can save that much up just by switching to bringing 2liters into work rather than buying pop from the vending machine. It's not that big of a deal.

Maybe next time I pay my power bill they'll just forget to turn it keep it on for next month.

Oddly enough, I've had this happen ocassionally with several utilities over the past 8 years and each time - be it electricity, cable, water, etc, I've always gotten my account credited for the missing time. The exception being something beyond the companies control, say, in the event of a power outtage.

But then... when the power goes out, the electric company sends out teams to fix the problem ASAP. They don't put in their 8 hours and then go home for the weekend. They stay until they job gets done. But, then again, electricity is a much more vital component to our lives than some vidya game.

Mmm, don't mistake me for thinking $10s is a large sum of money or something. It's just irratating is all. I shouldn't have to worry about something like this, 10 bucks or not, it's not worth my time to get dicked by anyone.

As for the power company comment, out here they don't bother thinking about sending people over weekends. Oh yeah, they wait. Sometimes as long as possible.

My point still stands, I don't want to be handed a "rare" or something in game because of some billing site error. It hardly seems fair to me. I'm not paying to have that happen.

lmao lol my god this was funny. but yes i agree with you. we pay money to enjoy the game. everything should go right. (or at least almost all the time) just giving us a weapon.... just meh. then when they do say sry and give us a free month or something they go screw up again and again. this is bull!

I think than an extra week of MAG paid by SEGA would fix things as it covers in-game time and real time money. But Sega won't do that, because they suck with customer satisfaction. This will be no different, I guarantee.

Then again a free week of gameplay could be messed up too and we might get the lethal rollback and then get the "super OMG WTF GTFO holy light sorry" that we always get and doesn't seem to mean much of anything.

Wish I could have a new game to play in case I end up PSU-less (online, anyway). Then again, I could use that time to play one of the rpgs I've owned for awhile that I haven't finished yet. FF12, Grandia III, Dragon Quest 8, Star Ocean 3, maybe get some Soul Calibur 3 in, too.
