Is the spread needle G sellable or trade able?
If so how much will it go for?

The Spread Needle/G can be sold and traded. As for what the price will be in player shops, that will depend on distribution between platforms and the number of people that want one.

As people fail grinds on them, it will eventually be max meseta for one not messed up.

they stated the weapon Spread Needle Will be a regualr weapon and I assume with better or same stats, it just wont have the /G on it so who knows what they'll go for after then, but if you can't wait then you're going to pay top dollar

You might want to, but honestly, i dont think its gonna be that high, there will be some 4/4 and 5/5s for maybe 20 or 30 mil, just be sure to look it up in the shops when they are first released. Someones bound to underprice one.
