View Full Version : Something up with the billing site?

Alright! I'm sure there've been problems with the billing site before, and I don't like getting screwed out of cash, so here's the deal.

I go to the billing site, as my account ended earlier today. However, the site says that it was supposed to end on April 24th. That's a good few days of difference.

Now, it hasn't taken any money out of my account to keep it going, so I tried to cancel and re-activate it.

At this point, when I try to sign up again, it opens a page about purchasing a hunter's license for Blue Burst.

Am I missing something? Can you chaps tell me what's going on?

Welcome to the club.

Everybody should submit this error on the sega 'support' page.
So hopefully Sega will get onto fixing it tomorrow.
