AotI-PC/PS2: Some weird glitch or what?

OK I seem to be going through a very weird problem I dunno if it's just me but whatever it is it's got me trippin, anyway I'm a lv77 ft(15) and currently all my techs are lv15 their damage ranges from about 500-900 but what got me trippin the most is that my lv5 foie seems to be out damaging ALL of my techs by around 1k to 1.5k I don't know if it's some kinda of special ability with the MAG Stage or my Chao staff.

So yea anyone mind clarifying this for me before I have a spaz attack?

Foie just has a really high modifier. Plus Boomas are ice with rather low MST, I was doing ~2400 buffless to each when it normally does ~1800 with tier3 buffs to non-ice enemies.

its attack modifier is just higher
