Any normal A rank weapon should do. They're not that tough to fish out. 13's pretty common.

aww dammit i spent 600k on A ranks and I got the psu 12 disc but I keep getting those dammed mimomiku(sp?) sets..

I only donated S ranks for the Mirei photograph since it was the first day and everyone else was saying you had to donate them, but for the other prices, included the PSU discs, I have donated from 6 to 8 stars and I have had items from any of them. I sinth crap 7* just for the offering box

Those almost never work. Your chance of getting an item is directly related to how much the NPC will pay you for it. The sell price of the Miko sets is only 100 meseta.

Just use cheap A-ranks (whatever you can find for around 30k) and hope that the random nature of the offering box stops screwing you over eventually.
