Best way to find nar lily?

What is the best way to find nar lily, is it just normal cave runs, or is there a quest which has many lilys?

The 2nd to last room in Waterfall Tears has 9 lilies (a wave of 5 and a wave of 4, but you can get them all to spawn at once by running to the locked door).

Good luck. Even with piping and all I've had the best luck finding my Nar Lilies in VR Temple Alpha, actually that's only place I've found them so far. :/
